I’ve been thinking a lot about this tonglen practice about accepting everything that comes. The bad & hard things that can arrive into our lives & instead of turning away from them immediately, staying with them a moment longer. Looking into them & seeing it also as life. I named this piece BLESS the thunder for that reason. The thunder bird in this piece is raw & raged & opened. Allowing the light to penetrate as much as the darkness.
